Getting the right size often starts with knowing your exact measurements. Here’s a simple process to measure key areas at home.

Required Tools and Preparation

Use a flexible tape measure and wear form-fitting clothing for accuracy.

Stand straight but relaxed during measurements.

Measuring Chest and Torso

Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Hold the tape snugly but not tight to ensure comfort.

Waist and Hip Measurements

Measure the narrowest part of your waist just above your navel.

For hips, measure around the fullest part keeping the tape level.

Additional Tips

Take measurements twice to confirm accuracy.

Record results carefully and refer to our sizing chart when ordering.
